Shiv Sena(Bal Thackeray) shifts quickly to attack SRK, calls ‘Traitor’
Shiv Sena chief Bal Thackeray , the leader of Hindu extremist party in Maharashtra shifts quickly from his position of separating Maharashtra from India, to an Indian Nationalist.
He has once again slammed actor Shah Rukh Khan for supporting Pakistani players’ inclusion in the Indian Premier League (IPL). Through his mouthpiece Saamna, the Shiv Sena supremo called Shah Rukh Khan a traitor as he had come out in support of Pakistani players whereas terrorists from Pakistan were mostly involved in Mumbai attacks, the city which has given shelter to the actor.
Thackeray said that Shah Rukh has hurt the sentiment of most of the Indians by his statement in the support of the Pakistani players.
However, in a surprise decision, as reported in the media, Sena on Saturday said that it would not oppose SRK’s film My name is Khan nor would oppose the Australian players’ visit to India.
Earlier on Saturday, the Shiv Sena got support from VHP leader Pravin Togadia on the issue. Meanwhile, Shah Rukh will arrive in Mumbai after his US visit today and the security at his residence has be increased.
The only reason seems to be that now Thakeray got the position of opposing Muslims in Mumbai as an Indian Nationalist. Whereas, he is one of the Hindu extremist who generates terrorism against Muslims and Other International minorities.
